Trying to "Preview" an Excel file via the SharePlus app (Enterprise version 4.7.4.0.5250) and getting Error: This operation couldn't be completed. (OfficeImportErrorDomain error 912.)
This error happens on Wi-Fi and Cellular connections.
Any help is appreciated.

Is the issue occuring with only one file? No, it happens with all Excel files, Word Files but does not happen with pdf files.
Is the file password protected? The file is NOT password protected
Are you seeing any iOS credential prompt? We do not get any credential prompts.

Could you provide logs for this error?I would like to see the app's behavior when you try browsing to a file and preview it using SharePlus.Please click here and follow the steps in that forum post in order to enable and send us SharePlus' technical logs after reproducing the issue a couple of times.Make sure you forward it to support@infragistics.com and please include a reference to this thread or case number.Regards
