Stand-Alone or Embedded Data Entry Controls

This powerful collection of data entry and data display ASP.NET controls can be used on their own, or embedded into the WebGrid™. Each editor control implements the IProvideEmbeddableEditor interface to create a pluggable and extensible architecture for data editing. Format strings, culture awareness (localization) and masks allow you to use these editor controls in demanding, real world ASP.NET applications.


Web Editor Controls

  • WebTextEdit™ - Base control for most of our ASP.NET editing components, the WebTextEdit replaces the standard ASP.NET Text Box control.
  • WebMaskEdit™ - Real-time keystroke filtering enforces an input mask on each keypress thereby ensuring your users enter values in your prescribed format without postbacks and validators.
  • WebCurrencyEdit™ - Configured specially for dealing with masks related to amounts of money, the WebCurrencyEditor control provides real-time input validation to your required currency format.
  • WebNumericEdit™ - Fully customizable number formatting, masking and optional spin buttons make this numeric ASP.NET editor control easy to use.
  • WebDateTimeEdit™ - Localizable time and date formats can be specified for the user with real-time input masking that ensures the date or time is in your required format.
  • WebPercentEdit™ - More specialized version of the WebNumericEditor configured to display and edit percentage values.
  • WebCombo™- A heavily AJAX control that enables multiple column dropdowns that are data bound to selection lists, the WebCombo delivers performance and complex data display while conserving screen real estate.
  • WebDateChooser™- This control combines real-time input masking for dates, along with a dropdown monthly calendar which serves as a date picker to select an active date.
