Lockable Content Panes

Prevent users from resizing or collapsing a pane by locking it. When a content pane is locked, the WebSplitter™ will skip it for purposes of laying out the panes. Only when there is not enough space to display all locked panes as they desire will panes ultimately be truncated, last pane first.

Nestable Splitters

Nest splitters of different orientations to any depth, allowing you to continually subdivide your content into smaller rectangular regions.

Reposition by Dragging

Your users can intuitively reposition the splitter bar by dragging it, which immediately resizes adjoining content panes. However, you can set the minimum size for content panes so that the user will not reduce the area of a content pane to less than it requires.

Split Horizontally or Vertically

WebSplitter™ may appear horizontally (dividing top and bottom) or vertically (dividing left and right) by setting its Orientation property. You can nest multiple splitter bars to achieve any rectangular partitioning your users need.
