Usability Testing

Usability testing is part of design, not something you do two weeks before (or after!) the release of your application.

When all is said and done, actual users decide an application's success or failure. We involve users throughout the design process, validating and revising our decisions early and often.

As part of usability testing, actual target users are asked to complete typical tasks, using mockups of the new application design. Through observation and collection of objective performance measures, we are able to identify and refine specific product areas. In this way, we are able to ensure that your application will be usable and useful to your users before development begins. The bottom line is that the time spent for usability testing will more than pay for itself in the time saved during development rework, product updates to fix use problems, and customer support.
