  • What if I have created a profile but cannot remember my password?

    Please create a new password by going to the login page, inputting your e-mail address and clicking on the “Request Password” button. A new password will be emailed to the email address you provided when you created your Infragistics profile. It is suggested that you add "noreply@infragistics.com" to your safe senders list within your inbox to ensure the new password email does not go into your junk mail folder. Please wait a minimum of 15 minutes for an email with your new password to appear in your inbox. Please also check your junk mail folder if you do not receive this email in your inbox.   • Where can I download products and source code that I own?

    Please log in to our website here. The new page that opens after logging in will provide you with all of your NetAdvantage license keys. If you have other Infragistics products please click on the correct tab on this page, for example, TESTING or JAVA. Once you have located the correct key for the Product and version that you want to download or locate source code for, please click on the license key and a new menu will open below. Please then click on the appropriate tab for what you are trying to download, for example “Source Code” or “Documentation & Samples”. Please then click on the item you need to download and your download will begin.

  • Where can I locate my license keys?

    Please log in to our website here. The new page that opens after logging in will provide you with all of your NetAdvantage license keys. If you have other Infragistics products please click on the correct tab on this page, for example, “TESTING” or “JAVA”.

  • Where can I register my product?

    Please register your Infragistics product by going here and logging in. After logging in, please input your product key into the blank cell and click on the “Register” button. If you receive the following error “This product key has already been registered to” please contact Infragistics registrations at registrations@infragistics.com to determine what steps will need to be taken.

Downloads and Product Trials

  • How do I obtain a Free Trial of Infragistics Products?

    To obtain a Free Trial for any current Infragistics Product, please go here. Once you click on the specific product you’d like to download you will be asked to log in to our system. If you have not created a profile on our system, please do so here.

  • How do I get technical support during my trial?

    To receive technical support during your trial, please go here. Upon logging in you will be asked to select which platform you need support for. Please select the appropriate platform. Upon doing so a new page will open. On the new page, please go to the “Select Product Release Family:” drop down and select the item that lists Trial in parenthesis, for example “NetAdvantage for SharePoint 2011 Vol. 2 (Trial)”. Please complete the form and any relevant uploads and then click on the “Submit” button.

  • How do I convert my Infragistics trial installation to a fully licensed installation now that I’ve purchased an Infragistics license?

    Please register your license key at www.infragistics.com/my-account/register-product. After you’ve registered, please confirm that the product key that you’ve received is for the same version of NetAdvantage that your trial is for. For example if your trial is for NetAdvantage Ultimate 2011 Vol. 1 then your license key will also need to be for version 2011 Vol. 1. If your trial is for an earlier version of an Infragistics product you can choose to:

    • Install the newer version of the Infragistics product which you have a license key for and upgrade your trial project(s) to this version (please see your product documentation for details on how to complete your upgrade here)
    • Request a license key for the earlier version of the Infragistics product you are working with the trial on by emailing Infragistics Registrations at registrations@infragistics.com


    Once you’ve confirmed that the license key you have is for the same version of the Infragistics product you have the trial installed for, please run your product installer again and when prompted input your license key. A full reinstall will not be necessary and this process should take only a few minutes. Upon completing this process your trial version will have been converted into a full version of the Infragistics product you are working with.

  • How long does my free trial last?

    Your free trial will last for 20 usage days. Please contact sales at the appropriate regional office below to discuss next steps as your trial approaches expiration.

  • I tried to purchase through your website, but the transaction was declined. My credit card still shows an approval code, but my order was not fulfilled. What happened and what do I do?

    While your credit card company shows that the amount was charged, your purchase did not go through. If the verification fails during the purchase process, it does not accept the purchase amount. However, there is a 1-3 business day lag time between the time the Infragistics purchase was declined to the time when your card authorizations will be released to the full amount of the purchase. Should the credit card company need verification that the purchase did not take place, please contact Infragistics Registrations at registrations@infragistics.com to facilitate this matter.

  • Is it possible to purchase Infragistics products via a reseller?

  • What methods of payment does Infragistics accept?

    There are several methods of payment accepted at Infragistics:

    Yes, you can upgrade a standard support subscription to priority support at any time during your subscription period.

  • How can I update my Infragistics product to a new release?

Typically the details for upgrading are located within the “Developer’s Guide” of the documentation.   • What is the difference between Infragistics Products which include Priority support and Infragistics Products that do not include priority support?

    Infragistics offers several levels of Product Support: Standard Support comes with most NetAdvantage product subscriptions. Standard support includes access to our developer support team via our online submission page. Responses are provided on our website and via email. Standard support does not include a guaranteed response time but typically submissions will be responded to within 3 business days.

    Priority Support is a higher level of support offered by Infragistics which includes access to our developer support team via 3 options:

    • Phone Support (available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm Eastern)
    • Live Web Chat Support (24 hours per day, Monday through Friday based on Eastern time)
    • Online submission with a guaranteed response time of within 1 business day

  • Does Infragistics charge any run time royalties for Infragistics products?

    There are no run time royalties charged for using any Infragistics NetAdvantage product. End user applications developed using Infragistics products can be distributed as needed, and you are not charged additional royalties when distributing our assemblies with your executable. Royalties are only charged if you intend to distribute the software as a design time tool in your application. Once other developers start using the product in design-time, additional seat licenses must be purchased.

Getting Started with Your Product

  • I’m having issues getting Infragistics TestAdvantage to work correctly, what can I do?

    If you’ve installed Infragistics TestAdvantage but cannot get it to work correctly when testing your application built with NetAdvantage for WindowsForms, please first check to ensure that you have the same version of TestAdvantage installed as the version of NetAdvantage your development team used when building your application. For example, if your development team built your application with NetAdvantage for WindowsForms 2010 Vol. 2 than you will need to test this application using TestAdvantage for WindowsForms 2010 Vol. 2.

    If you have confirmed that you have the correct version of TestAdvantage installed please contact Infragistics Developer Support by going to www.infragistics.com/my-account/submit-support-request to obtain assistance in configuring TestAdvantage.

  • What are the supported environments and system requirements for working with an Infragistics Product?

  • What do I do if I try to install my Infragistics product with the license key that I’ve purchased and I receive an Invalid key error?

    If you receive an invalid key error please follow these steps.

    • Please make sure that the version of the license key you’ve received matches the version of the installer you are working with.
    • For example if your license key is for version 2011 Vol. 1 and the installer you are working with is for 2010 Vol. 3, your license key will come up as invalid
    • Please make sure the product associated with your license key matches the installer you are working with
    • For example if your license key is for NetAdvantage for WPF Data Visualization but the installer you are working with is for NetAdvantage for WPF Line of Business, your license key will come up as invalid


    Once you’ve confirmed both of the above scenarios are correct and you are sure that you are utilizing a valid license key, please try your install again.

    If you still receive an invalid license key error, please reboot your machine and try the correct license key within the installer after the reboot. It is very common that initially an invalid key is tried and then is cached so that even later when the correct key and version are lined up, you will still receive an invalid key error. The only solution for this is a reboot.

    If after rebooting your machine and trying the installation with this key again, you still receive the invalid key error, please contact Infragistics Registrations at registrations@infragistics.com. Please provide a screenshot of your error along with your license key within your email.

  • What if I have an active Infragistics Product Subscription but I cannot locate a key for the latest version within my profile?

    Please make sure that you are registered to your license key by going to www.infragistics.com/my-account/keys-and-downloads and locating the license key within your profile. If you are not registered to your license key please go to www.infragistics.com/membership/Registerproduct and register your key. Once you register you will be able to see that key at the initial link provided. If the key you registered is not for the current version, then please contact Infragistics Registrations to obtain your latest license key(s) at registrations@infragistics.com.

  • What should I do if I need an earlier version of Infragistics product?
