The tab component allows your users to switch between content panes that you want to display on the same Web page, by selecting from one of several tabs.  Users find tabs familiar and easy-to-use because of their similarity to a filing folder cabinet or a tabbed notebook.

You can place any control or controls inside of any tab, such as the tree control in this example.
