If you have selected the US region in your Member Profile

For priority support, we guarantee to return a response by 5:00 PM Eastern Time to a support request received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. For support requests received on or after 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a standard US business day, a response will be returned by 1:00 PM Eastern Time the next standard US business day.

For standard or demo support, we will usually provide a response within one to three US business days upon receipt of a support request.  This time may be increased or decreased depending on current support volume.

If you have selected the Europe region in your Member Profile

We guarantee to return a response by 17.00 UK Time to a support request received before 13.00 UK Time. For support requests received on or after 13.00 UK Time on a standard UK business day, a response will be returned by 13.00 UK Time the next standard UK business day

For standard or demo support, we will usually provide a response within one to three UK business days upon receipt of a support request.  This time may be increased or decreased depending on current support volume.
