When is Training Onsite held?
New locations for Training Onsite, dates and class times are continually being added. Public Training Onsite courses normally start at 9:00 AM and run until 5:00 PM with breaks at approximately 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:30 PM. Please see our Training Schedule for User Interface Training, or contact an Infragistics Sales Representative.
Is lunch included at a Training Onsite course?
Participants are responsible for their own lunch. We do arrange for a continental breakfast in the morning, and snacks/drinks are available throughout the day.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. For a 100% refund, you must cancel fifteen (15) days before the course begins.
What do I need when I come to a Training Onsite course?
At the time of purchase, your Sales Representative will provide you with a PDF receipt. You will need to bring a printed copy of this receipt and a photo ID. Please note that in most cases Security will not permit entry into the building if you do not furnish a photo ID.
What is the cost to attend these courses?
Prices for the training courses vary depending upon which course you are attending and how many days in length the course is. For a complete list of prices or to inquire about discounted pricing, please contact an Infragistics Sales Representative.
Is it possible to sign up for a training course via a reseller?
Currently, registration for an Infragistics training course can only be purchased online through the Infragistics Store, or by contacting an Infragistics Sales Representative.
What methods of payment are accepted by Infragistics?
We accept several methods of payment including all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Infragistics can also accept company checks, COD, and Net 30 PO (with credit approval) for purchases over $1,000. When purchasing via telephone, you can give your payment information to an Infragistics Sales Representative.
