TechEd 2006 a Success!

It seems that Microsoft's TechEd 2006 that occurred last week in Boston was a big success.  I know that I had a good time meeting so many of you throughout the week.  Infragistics sent two speakers to TechEd: noted INETA speaker and Infragistics' chief evangelist, Jason Beres, as well as myself.  Jason spoke on "Creating a Baseline Architecture for Smart Client Applications," and I presented "Accelerating Web Application Development with the Microsoft Enterprise Library" early on Monday morning, both of which had large attendance.  Thanks to all again who chose from the many great sessions in our time slots to attend.  It was a blast to attend, to speak, and to meet so many great people.

In addition to being represented by two speakers, Infragistics also had a booth in the expo hall (of course!).  In the brief time I had to spend there, there were many who stopped by to see what we're up to.  Being fairly new to the company, I can say I am extremely proud of my colleagues here in what they've done for the Volume 2 release of 2006, which will be released today to subscribers.  We're adding lots of amazing stuff like WinForms application styling with AppStylist, more and better AJAX in our ASP.NET controls, enhanced charting, and more.  Definitely visit our homepage later this week to sink your teeth into all the tasty new morsels in v2.
