Excellent blog post. I want to point out a few things about this approach. This approach is perfectly ok if you don't need to show the set of components that share data more than once at the same time. If you do it will become a problem, because you are essentially sharing global state.

For example, lets say that you have a tabbed form and you need to share data between tabs, and lets assume that you can show that tabbed form in a dialog a dialog from any where in your system, in this case, you can't assume that you have a single instance of the form, as you might be showing in a dialog on top of another form (this is exactly what we have in our system).

In this case, the shared state, will cause the top and bottom forms to interact, which isn't what we want.

To mitigate this problem, we can look at several alternative approaches.

First we can put the shared state on scope, at the level of the form and access it from the tabs. Assuming we are using controller as syntax, it would look some thing like:

function ContainerController{

this.sharedState = {};

}

function FirstTabController($scope){

var sharedState = $scope.container.sharedState;

}

function SecondTabController($scope){

var sharedState = $scope.container.sharedState;

}

Now each container has it's own sharedState.

In case we are using directives and not just views, we can take another approach. We can either inject the shared state via controller attributes, but this can in some cases be painfull as we need to propagate the shared state from container down into each consumer, even if we go threw several other directives on the way.

An alternative solution to this is to model the container as directive, and require it from each consumer, some thing like:

angular.module('my').directive('firstTab', function(){

return  {

require: ['^container','firstTab']

link: function(scope, elem, attr, controllers) {

var container = controllers[0];

var firstTab = controllers[1];

firstTab.sharedState = container.sharedState;

},

controller: function FirstTab(){

}

}

})

You are saying about Liskov substitution principle in C# in this blog. This programming code describing about the problems and its solution. The Java language is a platform independent language and it provides the Advanced features. I like how you argue that there are probably better ways to solve the problem than unit testing private methods, and then explain how you can do it anyway.

The use of PrivateObject smells very much like reflection, and it's not that hard to write a similar class, which I think I would prefer before adding a dependency to Microsoft.VisualStudio.QualityTools.UnitTestFramework.

Do you have a typo in the first of the two methods you are listing? Should it be "using reflection" instead of "using refactoring"?

Hello Dhanunjay Kumar,

I have gone through your article..felt happy for some-while, but later i have realised it's good for a moderate angularjs developer, am startup developer working on angular js ,, much eager on the custom directive, i have started use your example and am unable to get one result mint..

first Example of the student even the console browser says "unexpected token" in the directive nearby the template syntax:

like this:    template:'

       {{name}} costs {{price}} $Change name

             '  (Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL)

Kindly can you lease provide a solution for it....

The whole premise of this article seems flawed, or incomplete.  There is a CityRepository class, but it is never used!!!!  The WebApi controller was created using the DbContext, and the CityRepository class was completely ignored!

Drill passes in FIFA 16

Drill passes are a new thing in FIFA 16. No longer can you do a nifty trick pass which looked cool, no doubt, but was about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Now you can make more direct passes to your team mates using a simple button press. I used this a lot. It kept my team together and opened up plenty of opportunities for me. I could rely on chipped through-balls no more however. EA have nerfed them, to<a href="www.fifacoinson.com/">fifa coins</a>  my dismay, making the computer anticipate them a lot easier.

Breaking through the defense brings a new puzzle to <a href="www.fifacoinson.com/">FIFA 16 Coins</a>

crack: the goalkeepers. They are more agile and reliable than in past games. They are by no means unbeatable, far from it, but tougher to score against – especially the likes of Cech and Neuer.

This is correct, but if you have web api 1.0 then you can have Microsoft.AspNet.WebApi.Cors.

In this case you can write the following code...

Add Application_BeginRequest event in the Global.asax.cs file for allow CORS (Cross-origin resource sharing)

protected void Application_BeginRequest()

{

   string[] allowedOrigin = new string[] { "http://localhost:8080" };

   var origin = HttpContext.Current.Request.Headers["Origin"];

   if (origin != null && allowedOrigin.Contains(origin))

   {

       HttpContext.Current.Response.AddHeader("Access-Control-Allow-Origin", origin);

       HttpContext.Current.Response.AddHeader("Access-Control-Allow-Methods", "GET,POST");

   }

}

Your implementation is nice but you could have gone a little bit further with generic repositories because with your implementation you'll have to re-code all CRUD operations for every repository you make, when with generic repository, you wouldn't have needed to do. but apart from that, that's a pretty nice base architecture you have there, pretty close to the base architecture i use for almost every project i make, it lack a service layer (when needed)

Congrats, this is so far the ONLY write-up on how to create an API for azure that I could follow and use.  You also do a great job extending its use to a web app.  What about accessing it from an angularjs app?  I have looked at autorest and swagger-code-generator and both create nice looking code from the swagger file downloaded from azure, but I cannot figure out how to actually integrate the new services into my test application.

It would be awesome if you added that to your examples here, so it is not just for web but also for apps.

As well as how to properly do this with security i.e. an API key.

If this helps my controllers are contained in

Hi.. I tried your post. It is great.

In my case, I want to render the dropdown menu inside an ng-repeat and also it has to bind to data from API.

My code is,

<ul class="nav nav-tabs list clearfix" id="myTab">

                   <li class="item"><a href="#">Home & Garden </a></li>

                   <li ng-repeat="category in categories" class="item dropdown">

                       <a href="#" class="dropdown-toggle" data-toggle="dropdown" id="dropdownMenu{{$index}}" aria-haspopup="true" aria-expanded="true">{{$index}}   <span class="caret"></span></a>

                       <ul class="dropdown-menu" aria-labelledby="dropdownMenu{{$index}}">

                           <li ng-repeat="a in category.subcategories"><a href="#">{{subcategory.name}}</a></li>

                       </ul>

                   </li>

               </ul>

In this when the parent array "$scope.categories" is static, the dropdown toggle is working. But its value is from API $http call, the dropdown toggle is not working. Can you please help me to resolve this?

I was looking for the PHP coding because I want to change something in my website which is totally in PHP language. I have a little bit knowledge of the language, but I can’t understand everything for which I was searching to get help with the guide. The individual who I contacted to write my essay for http://www.Aoneessays.net/ told me to find the solution online, can anyone help me or suggest me a professional PHP coder to get the issue solved?

The meanings of JavaScript capacities don't need to be done ONLY in the head. In any case, great programming style suggests that they SHOULD most by and large be characterized there (on the off chance that they are not preoccupied to an outside script document).

Java is a widely used programming language expressly designed for use in the distributed environment of the internet. It is difficult to provide a single reason as to why the Java programming language has become so ubiquitous.

Hi Dhananjay Kumar, Thanks for your tutorial.

I followed the tutorial step by step and all is working correctly, until the last step where you said: "So make sure to put the Angular app file and Bower components file inside the app subfolder." I dont konw what you mean by the Angular app file; i created the app sub-folder and just made bower-components inside it and continued but when i tried to run the angular application in the browser (localhost:10001/index.html) i get the message : Cannot GET /index.html So which angular app file i have to put inside the app sub-folder please?

Hi Dhananjay Kumar

First thanks for your interesting tutorial. Then i have a small problem plz.

I'm following step by step the tuto and all is working correctly, until the last step when you said "So make sure to put the Angular app file and Bower components file inside the app subfolder." I don't know the angular app file you tell about, so i created the app sub-folder and made just the bower components file inside it,  when i try to run the angular app in the browser, after typing command node server.js which returns "server listening on port 10001" correctly, i get : Cannot GET /index.html . So which angular app file i have to put inside the app sub-folder?

Great explanation!!

What happens when I have a lot of clases in my project and they have relationships? Do I must create a context and intializeDB class for every Core class I have?

How could I share the DbContext between all the repositories?

I tried to use this pattern using DB First approach but I'm having problems with the context. Hope you can help me to understand this. Regards!

Thanks for the post clarifying the topic, but actually there is something wrong.

Unless you include the setter method inside the child component, it will be just a one-way-data-binding relationship from child to parent and the original value of "c" will not pass to countercoponent on the first time and it will start with 0 always.

JavaScript is a scripting language that is most often used for the web development and we could easily create constants with its code and it seems to simply easy. You can create a function for constants with specifying the scope of the function

Hi,

I am using (c#) asp elements along with angularjs validation.

I cannot use runat="server" (because then the angularjs validation won't work) which means i cannot get the input from the user in the "code behind".

Is there anyway to get the input
