Placed two calls to the Infragistics support line. Got through without any difficulty, but the support tech sounded like he was talking into a tin can on the end of a very long string. He was barely audible both times. I had to hang up.
Anybody else? Infragistics aware of any problems with their phone system?
Please let me know which product you were calling for support on. This will help me identify what may have happened when you called in.
Was calling on Win forms.
I had an engineer from the Windows Forms team call you back and he left a message for you to call back and ask for him. The issue that you had with the phones earlier is specific to one engineer that happened to answer both times that you called and we are still looking into what is happening.
We resolved the phone issue with the engineer that answered your calls earlier today as well now.
