Licensing for support staff

We have several developers that are all licensed. We are looking at hiring support  staff, they will use visual studio to debug code and investigate ui issues. Will they need to be licensed as developers?

    2) From the Support/Account menu item select View Account Info. This will lead you to My Keys & Downloads page - https://www.infragistics.com/my-account/keys-and-downloads

    3) From the menu on the left side of the page select Support Activity - https://www.infragistics.com/my-account/support-activity

    There you will find a list with all the active cases.

    The support staff will need a license to debug and investigate ui issues when our toolset is used in the application.
