Is this question in regards to the UltraToolbarsManager? In your first response you had mentioned 2009 was working as expected.

Keep in mind you can only have one version of Test Advantage in-use at a time. If you installed 2020.2 Test Advantage then it's possible that is now the default version and as a result 2009.2 will no longer work without re-enabling it. 

The Version Utility is located in Program Files:
eg.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Infragistics\2009.2\WinForms TestAdvantage (HP)\Version Utility

To verify your installations are working as expected I would begin testing our installed samples that ship with Test Advantage. They're located here: there you will find a Toolbars exe.

eg.
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics\2009.2\WinForms TestAdvantage (HP)\Samples\CLR2.0\Bin

First, make sure the UFT is closed, use the Version Utility to select the desired version of Test Advantage and run the sample's exe. Then you can run a new Record script and interact with the sample.

Let me know if you cannot record/replay against that sample. This will give us an idea if your installation is setup properly.

When I am using using Test Advantage 2009.2 getting below error- 

Could not load file or assembly 'Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinToolbars.v9.2, Version=9.2.20092.1003, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7dd5c3163f2cd0cb' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
