Hello,
We are using licensing keys which expiration date is coming close. We received new keys which will expire in 2015, so that's perfect, but I don't know how to enter a new key in place of the old one. What would be the way of replacing the old key with another one ?
Best regards,Philippe.
Hello Philippe:
I am happy to assist you and answer your questions.
If your current license is renewed, before the date of expiration, all new versions keys will become visible- as they are released. If your prior version key is registered, this will show up under "My IG" "Keys & Downloads", via our website.
If your company has purchased new licenses, they will need to be registered in order to be associated with your profile.
You may register your new license key at:
http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Protected/ProductRegistration.aspx
Please feel free to contact our registrations department at: registrations@infragistics.com, for any additional licensing information.

hi ,
I am only reading this post now, and i have a question similar to that of the original poster.
Should i update the initial key entered at the setup of Infragistics product by developers ? Or only register the key on website ?
in a word how do i know the key entered during the setup ?
Best Regards
Hello-
If you are the registrant of the prior version software, at the time of a new release, our system will automatically register your new license key. This will be visible under your profile, and will not need to be registered.
Our licensing is per developer. Any single developer license key can only be used by one developer.
If a license key was used for installation, by a developer that is no longer using the software, you would need to have that license transferred to your own profile. A transfer request would need to come to our registrations department at registrations@infragistics.com. The product key, as well as the new developer's Username, would need to be included. Once transferred, all keys and downloads would then be visible within the new profile.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
