I have NetAdvantatge for .Net 2012.1, I've downloaded the complete bundle with the corresponding service releases.
I have no problem installing on a V.Studio 2010 machine, but I've tried to install on a Windows 7 Enterprise x86 + Visual Studio 2012:
1 - The platform installer does not run (It checks for a VS2008, VS2010), I must install all separated files manually.
2 - There is no help file for VS2012, (NetAdvantage_ASPNET_20121_VS2010Help.msi requires VS2010)
- Is there any white paper to install NA with VS2012 ?
- Can I install the help files locally ?
- How can I be sure that I've installed this product correctly ?

Hello, Yes we are aware of those issues. Currently i am communicating with our engeneering department regarding this. I will update you as soon as i have more information.
Hello Joan,NetAdvantage 12.1 is not supported under VS 2012. NetAdvantage 12.2 is the first one which is supported with VS 2012 environment.

Hello Joan,If I understand you correctly at the moment you are downloading 12.2 version of NetAdvantage. If so you don’t need any previous versions of NetAdvantage in order to install the latest one. If you have already puchased our product please go to https://www.infragistics.com/my-account/register-product/ and register them. Must I uninstall Infragistics ver 1 before installing 2012 ver. 2 ?
Another question:
I've downloaded 3 times the 2012 ver.2 .net complete bundle (NetAdvantage_dotNet_20122_WithSamplesAndHelp.zip), and when I try to unzip this file I get always this error:
"This file is corrupted."
Can you check if there is some error with this file ?
Hello Joan,No you do not need to uninstall anything. As far as i understood from your previuous replies the installation of 12.1 has already failed. Regarding the corrupted file could you please trace the whole route through which you are connecting to our downloads. For the purpose please run the CMD and execute "tracert dl.infragistics.com"

I can't use the complete platform installer for the 2012 ver. 1, but I can install individual packages, asp, winform, etc..
