I am trying to submit a support request, but the page is down(it is continously loading).

I just tried to submit a support request on our web site http://www.infragistics.com following the listed steps and everything was working as expected.
1)I logged with my account
2)Clicked "Account" on the top right corner of the page
3) Navigated to Support Activity
4) Clicked "Create a new support request" button
Please try again using the listed steps and let me know what is the result.
If you are still experiencing any issues what I can suggest is using a different browser.

I am doing exactly the same thing as you suggested in the email. Also, just to point this is not first time I am opening a ticket.
The problem is that the textbox in “Description” and “Provide the steps to reproduce your problem” disply a progress which is continuously spinning.
I can attach a screnshot if this help you.
I have tried on 2 browsers IE and chrome.
I am just trying to report an error in tile manager loading and upload a sample to show the issue.
It looks like the text box content is blocked by the browser in both chrome and Ie.
Maybe this is something you should check.
We have checked your account and everything seems fine, we are not finding any reason to get this behavior at your side. I have checked with IE 10/11 Chrome and FF and everything was working as expected I was able to populate all fields and create a case. From the description I can tell that something installed on your machine is blocking the content or the scripts of the fields. Can you check that there isn’t anything that is blocking the site to pass the content. As far I understand you are unable to write in this fields, not to submit the case after you fill them, is that correct? Also did you tried on another browser and machine.
PS: since you are unable to submit your case, can you send the description and the attachments of this issue to firstname.lastname@example.org so we will create one for you until we solve this issue.
