We do have Infragistics Ultimate with priority support subscription, does in include Ignite UI for Angular and if it is how to obtain this components as Platform Installer does not have them, only Ignite UI for JavaScript :

    Ignite UI for Angular is included in Infragistics Ultimate.  To include Ignite UI for Angular in your project use the following command:

    npm install igniteui-angular --save-dev

    There are more details on getting started in the README on Github.
