I'm trying to add a filter to columns of type time. I haven't seen a way to do this and have a filter, so I decided to override date type and use it¡s excellFilter. The problem is that the filter doesn't allo the user to select time, only date, moreover, in my cells dates has correct format (DD/MM/YYYY - hh:mm:ss) but in filter date is ok but time is always 00:00:00.
How could I have a excel style filter with time? I don't care If date and time must be in two different columns, but I think that it's a must have feature.
Thank You for the Help.
Hello,
Since string date formats can differ, it is probably easiest to read them as strings and have the columns formatted as dates.
I have prepared a sample for you here:
https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-guyqni?file=src%2Fapp%2Fgrid%2Fgrid-excel-style-filtering-sample-1%2Fgrid-excel-style-filtering-sample-1.component.ts
Please let me know if this approach raises issues with your scenario.

Jello,
with this solution I can't use the datePicker to set a date range. Is there another way to do the above request? I have seen that you have date-time picker and time picker, I suppose that you are working to integrate this.
