Is there any rule to move from a trial version to a valid licenced product?
I own a "Infragistics Ultimate 2019 Vol 2 (Electronic Download)" version but when I try to activate in a project whit Angular v 9.1.11 I get an error like this:
npm ERR! 404 Not Found - GET packages.infragistics.com/.../igniteui-angular-9.1.1.tgznpm ERR! 404npm ERR! 404 '@infragistics/igniteui-angular@^9.1.1' is not in the npm registry.npm ERR! 404 You should bug the author to publish it (or use the name yourself!)npm ERR! 404 It was specified as a dependency of 'app4'npm ERR! 404npm ERR! 404 Note that you can also install from anpm ERR! 404 tarball, folder, http url, or git url.
I am following the instructions on this link:

I read in this link, that my licence still under support

Hello,
In case you are able to log to the ProGet site successfully and see the iginteui-angular package under the js-licensed feed here, you should be able to successfully install the product within your application. If this is not the case, my suggestion is to create a new thread and include more details, for example, the email linked with your license, a screenshot of the list with the packages, etc.
If you would prefer you can create a private case from your account on our website, from the Support Activity section.
Let me know if I may be of any further assistance.
Sincerely,

I am getting the same error now. I checked the ProGet site and it is available.
Teodosia, I logged into the registry but I'm getting the 404 Not found error as mentioned by the original poster on this thread. Even if I log into the ProGet site and try to download the package I get the same error.
yarn add @infragistics/igniteui-angular@10.1.5yarn add v1.22.4[1/4] Resolving packages...[2/4] Fetching packages...error An unexpected error occurred: "packages.infragistics.com/.../igniteui-angular-10.1.5.tgz: Request failed \"404 Not Found\"".
Is your team aware of this issue? When can I expect for it to get resolved?
I am glad that you find my suggestion helpful.
Thank you for using Infragistics components.
