Igx Grid Filtering Component cant access the column data

I want to access the data of the column inside the IgxGridExcelStyleFilteringComponent 
I want to add a dropdown based on the type of data inside the column.
Somehow I am not able to access the column data.



Suppose this is the column.


I want a dropdown including values according to the columns
