Can I export to .xlsx rather than .xls using Infragistics version 11.1?

Hi,

I am using Infragistics version 11.1.
I export my newly created Excel workbook via a C# MemoryStream to a file.

This works fine but If I add an .xlsx file type to the file rather than an .xls type then the file will not open reporting that it is corrupted.
Is this beacuse I am using version 11?

Also, do later versions allow you to add filtering to columns or auto change field widths?
