1. I want max value validation popup to hide on focus out for igNumericEditor editor.
2. I want this validation to be done on key up, now it is happening in focus out.
3. Is it possible to show the alert as label message bottom of the control.

To hide max value validation you can you can use “ validatorOptions ” and make it required false.

For your 2nd requirement I would like to know if you want to have validation on every character when you are writing something?

To set the validation on label you can use valueChanged event. valueChanged event is raised after value in editor was changed. It can be raised on lost focus or on spin events.
In this event you can assign maxValExceedSetErrMsg string to label.
Your code would look like as :
valueChanged: function (evt, ui) {
$('#lblMessage').text($.ig.util.stringFormat($.ig.Editor.locale.maxValExceedSetErrMsg,999999));
}
