I've been trying to filter my data by a date column displayed in "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss" format, but when I type in the filter, It only filter by Date (“yyyy-MM-dd”) ignoring the Time.
Time is not in the controller URI and it also happens with custom local data arrays.
Can you bring me an example of implementation?
I also been trying using a custom filter that sets the filter AFTER and BEFORE but it has the same problem. If you have a solution it will be great.

Currently the grid doesn't support filtering by time. This is planned for future release, but I could not give an exact estimate when it will be officially release. Here is the backlog item for your reference: https://github.com/IgniteUI/ignite-ui/issues/1601
