I try to use igDatepicker in trial versión in edge, but when i type directly new date, need to type twice any number.
i try in example page from infragistics, with the same result.

We are aware of the issue you are facing. You can see the github issue about that - https://github.com/IgniteUI/ignite-ui/issues/1385 As visible in the issue – this is an issue with Microsoft Edge. We have logged an issue to Microsoft. They confirmed the misbehavior and you can follow the progress here -> https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/platform/issues/15066946/
What you can do at this point is to sign in to the Microsoft site and report the issue on the provided page so that they eventually fix it quicker.

Currently this is a major problem for our clients who are using only Edge. I am wondering if there is a workaround for the problem?

This is a Microsoft confirmed issue. However, they have closed their issues tracking system so we are not aware if they plan to address this problem in the near future.Currently, there is no known workaround for this issue.
If we receive any update on the progress on this - I will let you know in this thread.
