Hierarchical Grid using vb, at the time of binding Grid throwing error with syntex "Value cannot be null"

I have converted HierarchialDataGrid to Infragestic Hierarchical Grid 
Grid working fine with source time but at the time of binding grid throwing error "Value cannot be null" 
this error i think should not showing because it is possible to list have empty value of any column
