I have just downloaded ReportPlus Desktop and have noticed that the trial expires in 28 days, and I have to purchase the upgrade for the full version. I thought that this was free, full version, for any existing ReportPlus customer. Can you advise what I have to do to get the full version.

This is what happens:
1. You have an active trial that expires in some days2. You also have the perpetual license
The currently active license is the trial one. We can delete it so your app falls back to the perpetual one, and you don't see that trial warning.
