Download the Windows ReportPlus - Can't login

I have downloaded/installed the Windows version of ReportPlus.  At startup, I enter my credentials and get a "Could not connect to server!" message.  I'm not sure if this is the result of the white listing of websites we do at our company or an issue on your end?

    Thank you for contacting Infragistics!

    We are humbled by the tremendous reply we received from our users after the release of ReportPlus Desktop.
    Maintenance was held on Monday, 25th of July, and users may have not been able to connect to our servers.

    Please try connecting again, if the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of the error you're experiencing to support@infragistics.com with a reference to this thread.
