I'm triying to save Dashboard settings on ReportPlus Dashboards and I'm unable to do so. I'm unable to save the title of the dashboard, description, Auto refresh time. Seems like is not saving those settings.

I just got an update to the ReportPlus App, however the problem persists. I'm unable to save dashboard settings after editing them. Please someone tell me how am'I supposed to use the auto refresh feature if I'm not even able to save the setting on the dashboard?

Thank you for posting in IG Forums!
The fix to this bug is included in the next update that is about to be uploaded to the AppStore and should be available for the end of the next week.
This issue is reported in Bug #146420. The dashboard settings can be modified only if the device language is English, therefore the workaround by the moment is to change the device language to English.

Looks like the workaround works so far, still too bad that I must change my device language to english.
I'll will share this to my boss, he's interested in buying the app for himself and the board, however he is not into english, I know he's going to be hard to convince to change his iPad language to english. But I'll give it a try.

I understand how frustrating and inconvenient this can be but bear in mind that is already fixed and included in the Report Plus updated version scheduled to be available by the end of next week.

I have good news for you!
ReportPlus v2.1.2 was released to the AppStore today and after updating you're no longer going to need to change to English in order to save a Dashboard.
We tested it using Spanish and works perfectly.
