Combining data from a database table and an Excel spreedsheet on one graph.

I have data that is actual data that gets recorded in a database and estimated data that was recorded in an Excel spreadsheet.  The actual data is the number of units per day, the estimated data is how many units are done in a week (essentially how many units done on every Friday).  I would like to plot both of these on the same chart to compare them with the date along the x-axis and the number of units completed on the y-axis.  I cannot seem to figure out how to combine the data from two different sources.  Any documentation anywhere that shows how this can be done?

    Please provide sample data of the same form you are trying to use.  This will enable me to make sure the data I'm testing with matches the data you're testing with.
