Hi,
I have a problem when using a named range from an Excel spreadsheet as the datasource in ReportPlus.
The Excel sheet is located on a webserver. ReportPlus can see the spreadsheet and load the data, but i have an issue.
When ReportPlus loads the sheet it only loads the first two columns. The named range in the sheet covers columns A to K. As the named range will change every time i update my sheet i cannot set the range manually. So basically i have to rely on the automatic range selection option, but as stated above it auto detects only the first two columns. Is this a known issue? Is there a solution?
I have verified that the named range is correctly configured. Excel sheet version is 2003.
Best Regards

Hello Rasmus,
Thank you for contacting Infragistics.
Would you be able to provide a copy of the workbook with dummy data in it so I can test the issue?
Here is the file i am trying to use. It is normally located so it can be reached on a http server. I had to zip the file to be able to attach it to my reply.
The named range i am trying to use is BIData.

Thank you for the sample data. I was able to reproduce the issue. I am currently researching the issue. I will update this thread when I have more information.
I have submitted this issue to our engineers for them to research. I will send another update once I've heard from them about the issue.
We expect to have the version in the AppStore within 2 weeks approximately.
Best!
Thank you! That is very good news.
Do you have any idea when the next release is? and which version number i should be looking for?
Hi Rasmus!
We were able to reproduce the issue, it happens with XLS formats, but it doesn't with XLSX format.
We will include the fix in the next release.
Regards!
Hi Dave,
Any news on this issue?
