In order to add an "AND" function to your dashboard you will need to do the following:

Tap over the "Edit" button over the dashboard.

Once you do so, tap over  the "Settings" button and you should see the function button over the "Values" section on the bottom of the screen.

Tap over the "+f(x)" (function) button, then select the "AND" function.
