Hello Salil,
Thank you for the update. As the UltraWebGrid was retired after v11.1 it does not exist in v13.1 and was never updated to support IE11. As such your options are to convert to the Aikido controls specifically the WebDataGrid, or the Ignite UI jQuery controls specifically the igGrid. When doing so you would want to use the latest version which is currently v17.1. The reason for this is it is the most up to date and is still supported and will have the more support/fixes for IE11. For pricing information you can go to the following link:https://www.infragistics.com/how-to-buy/product-pricing
For what version of VS and .NET is supported you can go to the following link then expand out ASP.NET and/or jQuery/Html5:https://www.infragistics.com/support/supported-environments
Once you decided which set of controls you want to upgrade to you will be able to determine the best path for converting.
Hi Mike,
Is there a Infragistics 2013.1 version which could be used to resolve the above issue in IE11?
If yes, what is the control of Infragistics 2013.1 version which could be used to resolve the IE11 issue? Under which version of Visual Studio and .Net framework the Infragistics 2013.1 version could be used? What is the cost of Purchasing/Procuring the Infragistics 2013.1 version?
Let me know in case of concern.
Thanks,
Salil
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Infragistics!
The last version with the UltraWebGrid is v11.1, in that version the latest version of IE that it supports is IE9. If you want to support IE11 you will have to convert to the Aikido ASP.NET controls or the Ignite UI jQuery controls.
