ActiveToolBars Plus 2.04.007.00

I have a very old application that uses ActiveToolBars Plus.  The development environment has gone belly up.  The only version I have still has the product activation in it so I can't get it licensed and get rid of the nag screen.

The keys and stuff still show up in my account (I am a very long time Infragistics user) but no downloads.

Is there any way to download 2.04.007.00 that doesn't have product activation so I can get it working on a different computer?
