Sheridan Data Widgets Layout Editor crashed with Ruintime error 7

HI All,

an application that I must support uses DataGrid from Sheridan v3.13. I can build and launch without any problems.

But , in Design Mode I can change standard properties only. When I try to open Custom Property Page a Message Box with error appears: Sheridan Grid Layput Editor:  runtime error 7: out of memory.

It have been tested on Win XP Sp2, SP3, VS 2005, ActiveX Control Test Container, ssgrid32.exe

does anyone know how can it be resolved?
