We are trying to access a website which requires the Ultra Toolbars ActiveX Control to be installed.   This seems to work okay when a user has admin rights to their Windows box, but a large portion of the people I support do not have admin rights.   Is there a redistributable installer for the ActiveX control or some other method I could use to get this control installed for my users that doesn't involve granting them all admin rights?

I realize that it's unlikely I'll get an answer, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.  Thanks in Advance!
