How to change the text from DAY to Year?

I cant find where it is

all the style and data is shown correctly

    Hello xamluser,

    The DAY inside the Thumb style is represented by Path. If you go to XamSliderNumericThumbStyle and particularly to the Border with x:Name HorizontalThumbContent - you should find a Rectangle in the middle of that Border. All the Pahts under that Border are used to draw the DAY, so you should change them if you want to have a Year. Hope you find that information useful!
