We are evaluating an trial version downloaded 8/9/13. Install and placing the webparts on SharePoint (SP10 w/2008 R2) went fine without errors. I can use the Gauge webpart just fine. When I insert the Chart webpart, I get the following error:
This Browser/version is not supported. Form more information check out this article.
IE8 is our agency standard, however I get the same error on IE9 and IE10. I have read the article, but really wasn't much help.
Is there an IE add-on, or other solution to this error?

Hello Eve,
By default, SharePoint 2010 master pages apply a meta tag in order to force all content to be displayed in IE8 document mode, which is likely to cause display issues even in IE9 and IE10. To resolve the issue I would suggest ensuring that a suitable doctype is used in order to display pages in IE9 or IE10 Standards modes.
