We are using Infragistics controls V11.1 (Ex. Infragistics2.WebUI.UltraWebListbar.v11.1 with file version 11.1.20111.1006) in our projects but they are crashing in IE10 and 11 with the message "Input string was not in a correct format.".
Can you please let me know which is the best way to fix this issue, ( as I understood the latest infragistics goods had retired some of the controls in v11.1)
Also I have download and use NetAdvantage_ASPNET_20111.2064_VersionFree_CLR4 goods but that even not working for me.

2238 and this scenario works fine. So what you could do is to download the latest service release available for your current version from https://www.infragistics.com/my-account/keys-and-downloads/ once you are logged in, select the proper product and then the 'Service Releases' tab below and test your application against it.
Please note that the product that you are referring to is already retired and its successor is the new Aikido tool set, you could read about it here:
http://www.infragistics.com/products/aspnet/.
Please feel free to let me know if a question about our tool set comes up on your mind.

Downloaded the specified version you have mentioned above from Service Release tab (NetAdvantage_ASPNET_20111.2238_SR.zip) but unfortunately the ZIP seems to be corrupted and not able to extract the content.

The link you mentioned works!! Thank you so much and I have upgraded application to 20111.2238 version and it works fine in IE 10.
But there is one major issue with respect to IE 11 where the UltraWebGrid is not working well after migration, it was working in previous version but not now . I copy here the screen shot of the grid in both IE10 and IE11. Please assist me to fix this as well

Can you please post the screenshot again or attach it in an archive? I am not sure what the issue is but it surely can be caused by using IE11 which was released years after the latest release for v11.1 of our classic controls. If this is an issue that requires a fix from a developer's perspective I need to tell you that our classic tool-set was retired some time ago.
Please try to explain more deeply the issue and attach a screenshot so I can further investigate this. I will be happy to assist you on this.
