SharePlus Pro access (paid) - App is unable to connect to the portal and seems to just sit on the welcome screen with a scrolling/trying to connect icon. App works fine when on network in the organisation but not connecting when on VPN from outside of the organisation.
Anyone with similar experience or any knowledge around this?
The main purpose of using this app was to use it over the VPN.

yes, everything working fine in Safari, and as mentioned earlier, some other stuff/apps working fine over the VPN but just SharePlus.
In fact I have the older SharePlus Lite on the device too and that seems to be connecting all fine too, albeit its not the full version and has some legacy issues with styling etc.
SharePlus Pro app seems to just sit on the loading screen and not move further at all, really disappointing as I was planning to showcase some of its functionality to some more colleagues.
any ideas as to what can be it?
