I am getting an Add Portal Error "SharePlus can't access your portal. Please check the URL and the server access within your network." when I get to the Subsite Page. I checked the URL in Safari and it is working properly. I also checked to make sure that my VPN is on and working. No matter what I do I cannot get into my Subsites from this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Are you trying to connect through a third party VPN?If so, which one.Can you send us technical logs from the app?
Please click here and follow the steps in that forum post in order to enable and send us SharePlus' technical logs after reproducing the issue a couple of times.

I’ve tried from the company wi-fi as well as the 3rd party. Neither will allow me to get any further. 3rd party is Mobile Connect, SonicWall. I am not the only person on my team that is having this challenge. I’ve spoken to 4-5 others that are not able to get beyond the “add portal error” message.
Yes, I will turn on the logs and send the data from the app as soon as I can.
Can you please also try to access the SharePoint URL of the portal using Safari?Once you do so, please let me know if it is possible for you to access it.
