These logs are generated automatically by your device whenever an app crashes. They are stored in the device and saved to your PC or Mac when you plug in and sync your device with iTunes.
The contents of the logs are purely technical, though you can check their content by yourself with any text editor such as Notepad in your PC or TextEdit in your Mac.
To get the logs out of the device, you need to sync it with iTunes:
Once the device is sync'd, you'll have to find where the logs were stored in your PC or Mac.
It's highly recommended that you send the logs in a .zip archive. It's easier and faster to upload a single file than multiple logs.
If you're submitting the logs via our support system, zipping the files is a requirement.
Should you experience any issues when uploading the logs through any of our support channels. Let your Support Specialist know so he can assist you.
