Hi,
I am using SharePlus on IPad (iOS 10). It is connecting to a SharePoint 2013 site which contain one document library which itself contain one PDF file.
That site also contain a subsite with multple document libraries. Each library contain some PDF files.
User opens SharePlus and opens PDF file in root site. That PDF file contain links to other PDF files in subsite (which I mentioned above)
We are facing issue that when a user clicks on any link in PDF on root site, then SharePlus prompts user to enter user/password. Once we enter user/password it opens the link (which is a PDF file in subsite).
This prompting of user/password only happens after 2, 3 minutes of inactivity. So once I have entered user/password it will work fine for next 2, 3 minutes. After that if I click on any link in PDF on root site, it will prompt for user/password.
This issue has started happening few days ago and before that it was working fine for a couple of months.
How to fix it?

We would like to have a look at SharePlus' technical logs in order to see what are the calls to the server that the app is making, and of course, the server replies.Please click hereand follow the steps in that forum post in order to enable and send us SharePlus' technical logs after reproducing the issue a couple of times.

Please try replacing the protocol on the URLs to splus:// or spluss:// in case of a secure URL.

I got what the issue is.
Let's say pdf1 contains a link which points to file1 in library http://myserver/sites/ok/subsite1/library1/file1.pdf
I click on that link in pdf1 and it opens successfully.
Now if I upload a new file pdf2 which contain link to file2 in library http://myserver/sites/ok/subsite1/library2/file2.pdf and I remove user permission from library1 and give new permission on library2 but do not REFRESH the data in SharePlus then clicking on link in pdf2 will prompt user for password.
If I refresh data in SharePlus then everything works fine.
