App keeps prompting for password for connection to SharePoint. Have confirmed that username and password are correct. This is happening across all our devices.
Only just started happening app has been working perfectly.

We have been made aware that there was a slight change made by MS which caused this situation. Rest assured there is a workaround we can do. Try please changing the Authentication Mode from O365 to Web Log in, then back again. The moment users log onto their O365 be that from the mobiles or from the device itself, the authentication bounce will be solved.

I am having this same issue. I have had 14 users experience this so far. Please let us know the status of the fix.
We have an updated SharePlus pending approval at the App Store. It will most likely be ready for download later on today or tomorrow. In the mean time, you can manually change the Authentication Mode of your site manually. Changing to web login indeed works, however, changing back to O365 mode still doesn't.
I like using the O365 option, as it doesn't pop up asking for a password near every time SharePlus opens, but I'm glad there is a fix coming for it, it saves a bunch of time, especially out in the field where there is limited reception.

I am glad to inform that earlier today we released SharePlus version 4.6.2 which fixes the O365 vs. Web Login, lets say, issue. If you did change the Site's settings to Web Log in, even though it will work now even with the change, you could potentially change it back to O365 (the authentication mode) because today's fix enables that possibility precisely.
