hi Everyone, 

I was trying to upload a new form to our companies sharepoint website, in the form we have an option to upload an image, now the form is working fine on the app and it is showing me all the fields but whenever i try to attach an image or take a picture it will not let me, it takes me back to the home page of the app. Are there any settings on the app or the phone itself that could resolve this issue? I'm using an iPhone 5s with ios 10.
