I have subscribed for the Enterprise version but I can't view my mobile workspace

Hi,

I have subscribed for the Enterprise version but I can't view my mobile workspace in my iOS app (SharePlus for Office 365), and when I create the mobile workspace, I can't seem to add myself as a user.

    Hi Tan Chee Khoon,

    Thank you for your support request!

    Let me help you out. The file for the workspace.web.zip must be placed in your SharePoint. Through SharePlus you must navigate to it, and by tapping and holding on it, the option to “Set as Home” will be available.

    If the workspace does show as a Home to you, but the content is not available. Check at the Workspace Creator if the content type is the appropriate one, such as Library, List, news feed, etc.
