We currently use SharePoint software, and we use Shareplus to view the documents on the iPad. However, when we import document with French accents, the document name can have French accents, but when we enter the Metadata and in the "Name" convention we input any French accents (é) those documents don't synchronize with Shareplus, soon as we remove any special accents, the file then becomes available on Shareplus. Is there a way to be able to retain the French accents and also have the documents sync or is this a limitation of Shareplus? thank you.
Hello and thank you for your support request!
We are currently working on a test version in which I can confirm this problem is solved. Would you like to check with this particular document in case it’s that and let us know how it goes?
