Can I migrate my SharePlus license to another platform?

Hi all!

Many of you may have wondered what would happen with your copy of SharePlus PRO if, for example, one changed his iPhone for an Android smart phone.

Licenses are not cross-platform. This means that you would need to purchase a copy of SharePlus for your new Android device.

Even though, within the same platform, licenses are perpetual and multi-device there are a couple of reasons why they can't be cross-platform:

  • App stores are run by different companies: there is no relationship between Apple's AppStore, Google's Android Market and BlackBerry's AppWorld.
  • SharePlus is slightly different for each platform.
  • SharePlus' price is different for each app store.
