Hi,
we're publishing through a juniper device a sharepoint site using ntlm authentication. If ye use a webbrowser in ipad's safari and try to access it adding _vti_bin/Lists.asmx we get the list of actiosn as expected.
However using an Ipad3 with shareplus pro v3.0 (3.0.15) it gives the following error and accessing the published sharepoint site it says ''a connection failure ocurred'
the logfile generated says

The STRANGE thing is that 'XXXXX' is the name of the Sharepoint internal server!?!?!?!?!?!
The shareplus soft comes from a fresh install, not update
Thanks for your help.
Hi Ramón,
Thank you for posting at IG forums!
I see that you may be a native Spanish speaker. I would like to carry on in English if you don't mind, for the sake of sharing the information with everybody. If you preferred to carry on in Spanish, I can create a support case for us to interact in Spanish. Whatever you choose is OK!
That action (GetListCollection) is a request made, by SharePlus to your server, after the initial authentication process. The initial request is GetWeb, and the server's response here includes any alternate paths that may be configured in your AAM settings.
XXXXXXXX is probably what the server is returning as the alternate path after the initial request as explained above. Please look for other logs in Local Files which have the initial request (GetWeb). At the very bottom of the log you will see a tag that says "Alternate Paths". Is the XXXXXXXX there as an alternate path?
If you can't find this please attach all the logs you have compressed in a zip file so I can review them
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Hi Javier, I'm catalan and spanish native speaker but I dont mind to continue to use english!
I cannot look for the info you request right now, but I forgot before to say a very important thing: the sharepoint site can be accessed using Shareplus... in Android!!!
Does it makes any sense?
Greetings
Hi again,
No! XXXX is not listed as an alternate path in the log files.
XXXX is the name of one server of the sharepoint cluster. In the alternate names there is the name of the cluster, not the name XXXX that is the name of one server.
What else?
I'm totally confused now...
Is there any way you could provide me with test credentials to your site?
Regards,
how can I send you a private message?
