I have a few iPhone users who are missing various calendar entries on multiple days. The entries appear on our SharePoint website, but not in the SharePlus app. Is this a known problem?

What view are you using to see the calendar items? Does it have any filtering options set up in the server? Are users missing the entries using the same view as the ones who see them all?

EDIT: I've tried all views and all data is missing in each view.
From what I can tell there are no filters being applied.
I did find something else out that might be helpful. April 30th in SharePoint Calendar has some events listed. When I look at April 30th in the SharePlus calendar it is empty. However, if I select April 30th in the SharePlus calendar, and then click the icon on the top right and select "View on web" the correct events for that day do display.

Sorry for the long silence.
Please try to reset the list's cache (tap and hold the list's name > Reset Cache). This will force SharePlus to rebuild the list's structure.
If this doesn't work, follow the instructions in this post and send me all the technical logs you can.
No worries. Clearing the cache did not resolve the issue. I have the log files; how can I go about emailing them to you?
