I am having an issue connecting to our SharePoint site when using Windows Based authentication. The following is the error I am getting:
Server Message: Server was unable to process --> Access is deniedException from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)
When when I create a new "site" and use forms based authentication I can log in just fine. I can also use the Windows Based profile and log in as well. As soon as I delete the forms based site (keeping the account associated with it) I can no longer log in using the windows based site.
Any ideas why this error might be occurring?

I am experiencing a similar issue. in our office we use many iPads but I will limit this discussion to 2 ipads each with a different version of Shareplus . One is running version 3.0.15 of Shareplus Pro. The other is using 3.2.
On the 3.0.x version we are able to use windows Based login with no issues. This is the desired approach for us.
On the 3.2 version windows based login does not work and we are forced to use "web login". this is not desirable due to the client having to login again each time a timeout ocurrs.
It should be noted that we have no direct wireless access to our sharepoint server and pass thru a proxy server. MS Internet Security and Acceration server 2006.

I quit sure that we have the same problem here on our Samsung. We've tried to login by using the browser and this turns out to work fine. Whenever i try to connect via Shareplus there are two possibilities (windows based authentication):
1. force base authentication = on, shareplus shows a message that something is wrong and that the account information might be wrong (which is not!)
2. force base authentication = off, shareplus shows a message "server returned status 400".
Either way i do not get a connection.By the way; same account on a IPAD with Shareplus works fine.
I have the same issue on iOS.

This error "(Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))" is a server error and though it may be associated to several different errors in different contexts, this can be seen when the site collection has been recently imported/migrated/updated.
You should troubleshoot these issues with the SharePoint vendor who sold you your solution.
